Digital Implant Dentistry and Guided Implant Placement (3-Day Course)

This innovative continuing education course focuses on digital workflow in implant dentistry and includes live patient surgeries and hands-on sessions. This course can be taken individually or as a feature of mini implant residency. This course will focus on the CAD/CAM technology and how digital implant dentistry is transforming traditional analog approaches into a more efficient and streamlined process. Digital workflow can improve communication within your treatment team to accomplish the most predictable clinical results while reducing chair time, resulting in increased efficiency and profitability.

This course includes hands-on and instructional lecture to allow the participants to become fully familiar with digital workflow and learn the necessary skills to implement the new technologies into their practice. The participants will experience the digital workflow from treatment planning to performing fully guided surgery.

On Day 3, the participants will perform guided implant placement surgery on their own patients. Live surgery will allow the participants to fully experience the advantages that digital implant dentistry can offer.

This course is designed for the participants to become familiar with:

  • The Differences Between Traditional Analog Approach Versus Digital Approach
  • Digital Workflow: Intra-oral Scanning, Data Acquisition, Merging Files, Virtual Smile Design and 3D Printing
  • Implant Planning with Digital Technology (Hands-on)
  • Implant Placement Utilizing Fabricated Guide (Hands-om)

1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Surgery
4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Post-operative group discussion

 

Course Registration Policy
– Registration can be done online which will require payment in full.
– You can also call Clear Dental Education at 1-780-250-2728 for registration. A non-refundable deposit ($500 CAD) and a credit on file will be required to complete the registration. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card on file 1 month prior to the start of the course.
– Tuition is fully refundable one month before the start of the course less the non-refundable portion.
